The book was presented by Dr. Gilles Yabi, then the panelist made comments on the depth of the information. Moderated by Dr. Zeini Moulaye, panelists: Gen. Mahamane Touré, Commissioner, ECOWAS Department for Political Affairs, Peace and Security ,H.E. Dr Cheick Abdoul Camara, Ambassador of Guinea in Nigeria, Mr Matthias Veltin, Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Nigeria. This launch was the first of an initiative of FES Abuja called ’’Abuja debate’’, as forum for diplomats and experts for discussion on ongoing security issues and approaches.
